These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.your-pa.fr, and the services we provide. These services include appointment bookings (facilitated by Calendly) and the resulting consultations, which are offered remotely online or by telephone.

By using this website and our services, you indicate that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our website, including text, graphics or any other materials, is our property and may not be reproduced, shared or downloaded without our permission.

3. Our Services

We offer advice and personal administration services to individuals/businesses relocating to or living/operating within France. This does not constitute legal advice. If you are at all concerned about your legal rights please consult a lawyer.

4. Booking & Payments

  • Clients can book consultations, to be carried out remotely online or by phone, via our Calendly account, which is accessed through our website booking page.

  • All payments must be made at the time of booking.

  • We accept payments via PayPal only.

  • All prices are given in euros (€).

  • In accordance with consumer protection laws here in France, clients purchasing our services online have a 14-day withdrawal period, unless the service has already commenced within this period, in which case the client waives their right to withdraw.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance and be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

  • If a client fails to show up to an appointment, they will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If a client is late to an appointment, they will forfeit the missed time period and the appointment will not be extended.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In cases such as this, either a full refund or the option to reschedule the appointment will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • In order for us to offer the most appropriate advice, clients must provide accurate and honest information regarding their personal circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Financial situation

    • Nationality

    • Residency

    • Marital status

    • Dependents

    • Education / Qualifications

    • Criminal record

  • Clients agree not to record or distribute any content discussed during our appointments without our explicit written consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Our services do not replace professional legal advice.

  • We are not liable for any costs arising from following the advice provided during our consultations.

  • We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by French law.
